WinVinyl 1.0 is designed to
assist the vinyl window manufacturer in developing complete
specifications for standard and special size vinyl single and double
hung units. It also develops complete cut lists for a Single
Hung and Double Hung Picture Unit and Transom. WinVinyl also
calculates and develops cut lists for sash for each unit or for top
glass on the single hung. Screen specifications are also an
option. Because
this program deals primarily in vinyl, it is equipped with user
adjustable "burn-off" information which gives the cut line
critical length information that allows for the "burn-off"
or length melt to develop the properly sized frame and sash after the
welding operation. Winvinyl printouts lists the burn-off
information, the part length including the burn-off and the component
size after the welding operation. Glass and screen sizes are
automatically generated along with a complete scaled drawing including
the grilles. Winvinyl is perfect for the small vinyl
manufacturer just getting started who cannot afford a major integrated
software package to use for order entry and production scheduling.
