precise information necessary for today's custom window market. All
programs feed back to the user if invalid information is entered. For
instance, WinArch will not allow the user to enter a Segment whose leg is longer
than the height, or an Eyebrow that is taller than half the width. WinTrap
develops an accurate pitch to two decimal places allowing the user to verify
that all information in composite or singular entries is consistent with the
architects requirements. CompArch handles multiple openings in Segments,
Circle tops, Eyebrows, etc. allowing both tight an open mullion
specifications. WinScreen allows endless combinations of installation
fasteners and hardware locations along with user-developed frame and spline
specifications. All programs develop scaled drawings of the specifications
so that the customer and production can envision exactly what the finished

- WinTrap 3.0

This program handles 18 sloped shaped window products and can
be used to develop specifications for Wood, Aluminum, Clad, Vinyl,
Fiberglass or Cellular PVC window products. It develops an
accurate glass size, miter angles, overlap angles and their bisects
for saw set up purposes. All frame sizes are mimicked or
developed along with pitch information as well. A printout is
finalized complete with all this information along with other optional
data to tie this to a particular order. A small custom window
business can use these printouts as hard copy production orders, a
larger business can use it as supplemental information to speed and
assist the production floor.
- WinArch 2.0

This program handles 15 arched window shapes like segments,
ellipticals, eyebrows, quarter rounds, etc. Like WinTrap,
WinArch can be used to develop specifications for a host of different
window frame materials. It also develops an accurate glass size
and offers key angular frame information such as overlap angles where
the radius head meets the jambs, bisect and miter angles for leg
interfaces between the arch and the outside jamb and arch length for
accurate frame verification. Printouts are also developed
listing all critical information for production to process the order
cleanly, quickly and efficiently.
- CompArch 2.0

CompArch is a software extension of WinArch in that it deals
with arched products but does so for composite units (more than one
glazed opening within a common unit). CompArch offers all the
data that WinArch offers but develops it for all vertical leg
interfaces with the arched head. For instance, a triple, open
mullion segment has three pair of legs interfacing with the head, each
having a different overlap, bisect and miter angle. CompArch
develops so much data that two pages are required in the specification
development, one for the frame and another for the glass.
- WinScreen 1.0

WinScreen is a unique Screen manufacturing program that develops
all key production information regarding frame type, component sizing,
hardware type and location and a scaled drawing of the screen
required. The user can set up a host of information unique to
their particular needs. Based on that information, part lengths,
hardware types and locations, spline types, etc. are all printed in
each specification.
