sizing information to assist the manufacturer in developing complete
standard or custom specification for a complete myriad of product types.
These printouts carry enough information to substitute as a production
order system if required. These programs are all part of WWP's
"Spread-Eliminator" series designed, primarily to minimize the
dependency of manufacturers of spreadsheets to handle special product
offerings. Spreadsheets, unless you are an avid programmer, typically do
not develop scaled drawings of the finished unit like these products do.
All that is required is the cut logic information from the manufacturer.
This, WWP hard codes into the programs to develop the correct cut
dimensions. This WWP customization comes at a very reasonable cost of only
$25.00 per hour. Each program purchased comes with 4 free
hours of programming time. Most can be converted to meet the customer's
needs in 10-15 total hours.

This program deals with Clad Hinged Patio Doors (CHPD). It
handles cut lists for 18 door configurations, 9 In-swing and 9
Out-swing. It will develop specifications for singles,
twin-terrace doors, twin french doors, triple terrace, triple french,
quad terrace, quad french, triple sidelite combinations and quad
sidelite combinations - all in in-swing or out-swing applications and
all with or without transoms. It offers grille alignment and/or
equal division in the transoms to line up with the door below.
It can develop unique transom specifications with or without the door
itself. Sales personnel find this program useful in that it
offers a scaled representation of very elaborate door configurations
for the customer to evaluate before ordering. This program will
pay for itself in eliminating the first configuration error where the
customer didn't quite realize that it "would look like that"
when it was completed. This program is very elaborate but very
detailed in it's offerings. It will require more than 10-15
hours to convert due to it's size and complexity but the manufacturer
and sales personnel will find it well worth the investment.

- This program handles wood, clad, vinyl, fiberglass or composite
frame construction. It is designed to develop complete
specifications for casement LH, RH, or Fixed units and can do so on
one specification sheet. It can also be used to develop Transom
units for casement product lines. It can calculate glass size,
screen size, all component lengths and can tie to a particular
production order or stand alone as a production ticket. The user
simply inputs an overall frame size and the program "spits"
out everything everyone needs to know to build the unit.
This program has a sister called WinAwning that develops similar
information for awning units with sill mounted operators. Let us

This Double Hung program is very similar to WinCsmt above but
offers more selection and specification options. In addition to
unit specifications for both Double Hung Venting units, Double Hung
Fixed Picture Units, and Double Hung Transom Units, it offers balance
and sash kit options, pairs of sash and single sash options for all
unit types. This program is geared, primarily, to Wood, Clad,
Fiberglass and Cellular PVC unit construction.

- This program is designed to handle vinyl single and vinyl double
hung units complete with fixed and transom applications. Because
this program deals primarily in vinyl, it is equipped with user
adjustable "burn-off" information which gives the cut line
critical length information that allows for the "burn-off"
or length melt to develop the properly sized frame and sash after the
welding operation. Like WinDH above, it also offers top glass,
top and bottom sash and screen information for replacements.

- WinRPD handles clad, wood, vinyl, fiberglass or composite Rolling
Patio Doors in single, twin, triple and quad configurations. It
can develop specifications for inside or outside rolling panel
frame designs. Like all the other programs listed, WinRPD
develops a scaled drawing of the specification without the need for
CAD experience. A order entry clerk can develop a complete
specification with all the requirements production will need.
All these programs are configured for minimum and maximum sizes so
that incorrectly sized product specifications don't make it out of the
sales office.

types. Although the demo program only shows twin sliders,
triples can also be configured if required.
